Materials
440gsm PVC Standard Banner-Grade Material
Our industry standard outdoor/indoor banner material. Can be used for all types of displays from outdoor poster displays to large advertising banners. This is the most popular material.
500gsm Coated Premium Banner-Grade Material
Ideally suited for use in tension systems this material is a front-lit banner-grade indoor/outdoor PVC.
340gsm Mesh Material
Predominately used for large banners and building wraps where it's important that air be allowed to flow through the banner stopping the 'sail effect' associated with standard PVC. A Premium Coated Mesh material that will allow the air to flow through (1130 litres per SQM per second) whilst still having enough closed consistency to show print without losing vibrancy.
740gsm Heavy-Duty Blockout Material
Ideally suited for double sided print (you won't get any 'show through of image') this material is so thick we don't hem it.
Finishes
Hems & Eyelets
Banners will be given a welded hem, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem. The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets that's no problem at all - simply let us know what you need when you place your order.
Hems Only
Banners will be given a 53mm welded hem.
Trimmed to Size
Banners will be cut to the size ordered.
Trimmed with Eyelets
Same as Trimmed to Size but with the addition of eyelets.
Pole Pockets
A pocket is added to the edges you require to allow a pole to pass through and support/tension the banner. The diameter of the pocket can be specified by you or if you let us know the diameter of the object to go into the pole pocket we can calculate the size of the pocket for you.
